Lionsgate Home Entertainment has announced no less than four different versions of Saw V’s home video release. There will be a rated DVD ($29.95), an unrated director’s cut ($29.95), an unrated collector’s edition ($39.98) and a Blu-ray ($39.99) release that’s full of exclusives.

Saw V arrives in stores on January 20, 2009.

According to the folks at Fangoria, the only extra material on the rated disc will be the theatrical trailer. The unrated editions will include commentary by director David Hackl and 1st assistant director Steve Webb, a second commentary by producers Mark Burg and Oren Koules and executive producers Peter Block and Jason Constantine, 5 featurettes (The Pendulum Trap, The Cube Trap, The Coffin Trap, The Fatal Five, Slicing the Cube: Editing the Cube Trap) and the theatrical trailer.

The Blu-ray release will also include an additional digital copy of the movie.

The Unrated DVD Collector’s Edition will include all of the unrated extra material, but will also come with a talking box, spinning blade, and collector’s booklet.
