That’s the early word: Sony will be releasing the Brad Pitt- and Jason Statham-starring Snatch on Blu-ray this December 1st.

The comedy revolves around a diamond heist gone wrong and it launches a cavalcade of gangsters, bookies and a dog through the rough streets of England – eventually leading to the world of bare-knuckle boxing in search of the diamond.

Audio and video specs have yet to be revealed, but the supplements will include: Commentary with writer/director Guy Ritchie and producer Matthew Vaughn; The Snatch Cutting Room; Making Snatch: featurette; Deleted scenes with optional commentary; Video photo gallery; Pikey subtitles; TV spots & trailers.

Special with the Blu-ray is Sony’s MovieIQ and BD-Live.

Suggested list price for the Blu-ray has been set at $28.95.
